Thank you for shopping with iNKMe Stitch & Printz/iNKMe DTF Transfers.  We’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Rush Orders and Same-Day Turnaround are available for an additional fee. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day processing and shipping.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, location, and urgency of your order.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the order.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and carrier performance. iNKMe Stitch & Printz/iNKMe DTF Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at info@inkmejax.com.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
